Commercial Wiring Installation
Opening a new location or renovating an existing space requires proper wiring as the foundation of your electrical system.
Chapter 01
The wiring is the part of the build you cannot see later
Opening a new location or renovating an existing space requires proper wiring as the foundation of your electrical system. Once the drywall is up and the counters are in, every mistake costs far more than it would have at the stud. That is why Justin Zimmerman wants to walk the space with the plans, or without them, before the first box is set.
The questions he asks are practical ones. Where does the equipment sit, what does it draw, and what is likely to move next year? A salon chair, a pizza oven, a server closet, a welder in a back bay: each wants a different circuit, a different box, and a different kind of attention. Better to hear all of it now than discover it at the final walk.

New construction rough-in: open stud walls with boxes set and wire pulled
Rough-in, conduit, and a circuit for every piece of equipment
We install commercial wiring that's built to last, using quality materials and proven techniques. At rough-in that looks like boxes set at consistent heights, conductors pulled clean through studs and ceilings, and metal conduit where the building calls for it, bent and supported rather than bent and hoped. Open stud walls and wire spools are where the whole job gets decided.
Dedicated circuits go to the things that need them: the cooler, the water heater, the register line, anything with a motor. General outlets and lighting get their own runs so a tripped breaker in the break room never takes the cash wrap with it. Everything is labeled as it goes in, and the work is left inspection-ready.
Chapter 03
After opening day: moves, adds, and the call you will make
Businesses change their minds. A wall comes down, a second register goes in, a tenant next door needs power. Because the original runs are documented and the panel directory is accurate, Justin can add a circuit without tracing unlabeled wire above a ceiling. That is the quiet payoff of doing rough-in carefully the first time.
Every commercial wiring job around Canton, Kerens and the rest of our East Texas service area comes with the five-year labor warranty. If a circuit acts up, a breaker runs warm, or you are planning an expansion, call (903) 218-3632. Justin would rather answer a small question this week than rewire a mistake next year.
His professionalism, honesty, and pride in his work were evident throughout the entire process.
