Commercial EV Charger Station Installation
Attract eco-conscious customers and employees by adding electric vehicle charging stations to your business. We'll handle the complete installation process.
Chapter 01
What a charging bay asks of a business panel
A charging station looks simple from the parking lot: a post, a cord, a sign. Behind it sits a continuous load that runs for hours, and a lot of small business panels were never sized for that. If the main is already warm on a summer afternoon, adding a bay turns a quiet weakness into a nuisance trip or something worse. Justin Zimmerman starts with the panel, not the pedestal.
The goal is to attract eco-conscious customers and employees, and that only works if the charger is live when they pull in. A station that trips the main every third car is worse than no station at all, because people remember the dead cord. Getting the foundation right is what keeps the bay dependable.

Load assessment, dedicated circuits, and the run to the stall
Before anything is ordered, Justin reads the existing service: panel rating, what the building already pulls at its peak, and how far the run to the parking spot will be. Each charging station gets its own dedicated circuit, sized to the equipment and to the conductor length, so a long run does not cost you voltage at the cord. If the panel is out of room, he will say so up front.
Wall units go on the building where the stalls back up to it; pedestal units go in the lot, with the trench dug, conduit laid and the base set on a pad so a bumper cannot knock it loose. Every conductor is torqued, every connection is labeled at the panel, and the whole installation is wired safely and ready for daily use, which is the standard he works to.
Chapter 03
Daily use, and adding the second and third stall later
Once the station is energized, the work is mostly invisible. Cords get yanked, rained on and driven over, so the first thing to check on any callback is the cord strain relief and the weatherproof seal at the unit. If a breaker at the panel ever trips under normal charging, that is a signal, and it is worth a call before it becomes a pattern.
Plan for growth on day one. When the dedicated circuit and conduit path are laid with a second bay in mind, adding it later in Bullard, Canton or anywhere else we serve is a short visit instead of a rebuild. Everything Justin installs carries a five-year labor warranty, and you can reach him directly at (903) 218-3632 when you are ready to talk about the first stall.
Very reasonably priced & honest for the work done & his time spent.
